This does not happen at SAW. Everyone gets time and attention and as much individualized intervention as they need. Everyone gets the time they need to get to a breakthrough. Sharing of problems and stories are kept brief and to the point. The leaders focus more on solutions than on problems and symptoms. And, often the solutions can be used by everyone in the room.
